ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND TRANSFORMATION LAB (LET)
The Entrepreneurship and Transformation Lab was launched in April 2015, as an active, cross-disciplinary community focused on affecting people’s lives through driving and developing public-entrepreneurship initiatives.
It works through a cross-disciplinary collaboration model that enables all types of resources to reach and change more lives.
Offer an entrepreneurial ecosystem dedicated to public transformation and contributing to the construction of an innovation-based economy.
HIGH PUBLIC IMPACT
Develop initiatives with high public impact that create intellectual property and knowledge transfer, led by the School’s community.
Draw the best talent to the School, including a community of entrepreneurs, academic thinkers, developers, and designers.
WE BET ON PEOPLE
We recruit the people most committed and willing to change lives. Innovation and entrepreneurship are not the work of methodologies or physical spaces but of people. We do not criticize or judge the ideas of entrepreneurs. We help them build their ideas, and it is also our responsibility to make sure that they create the significant social impact we are seeking.
We put at the disposition of entrepreneurs the greatest amount of resources, so that nothing will limit their reaching the potential for their initiatives. We empower them to do research, we bring them together with experts and makers (designers, programmers, engineers, etc.), we accompany them through the validation processes, we link them to financing sources, and we create alliances for their scalability, among other things.
We share knowledge and experiences, working with cross-disciplinary teams.
We do not work like roundtables and we don’t do networking. We make friends and work hard on long-term projects until we see the expected results.
We work with flexible models and focus on attempting and executing, unafraid to miss out on success at first. But we anticipate risks and handle failure safely, taking care of resources.
WE SHOW RESULTS
We focus on high-impact projects that benefit the greatest number of people possible. Our work becomes legitimate when our entrepreneurs see better results. This is how we make a name for ourselves.
